FAQ's
The main hall, downstairs is 54ft by 20ft (16.5m x 6m) and has a maximum seated capacity of 100. With, patio doors leading out into the beautiful gardens which are ideal for photographs over St Michaels Mount across the bay and of the Mousehole Harbour below.
There is a small meeting room, approx. 12ft by 10ft (3.7m x 3m) off the first staircase landing,
with a seated capacity of 8-10. There are two small sofas, low table and chairs.
The first-floor room above the main hall is approx. 44ft by 20ft (13.4 x 6m) with a seated capacity of approx. 50. It is carpeted, with tea/coffee-making facilities and views over the gardens and across to the church.
A modular stage (maximum size 20ft by 12ft, 6m x 3.7m) can also be hired for live bands.
If you would like a blessing at St. Pol-de-Leon Church across the road, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q) Key access?
A) There is a key safe by the front door and you will be provided with your one-time code before your arrival.
Q) Gardens access for photos?
A) The door which leads to the gardens will be open for you to come and go as you please.
Q) Noise Pollution timings?
A) All music must finish by 11pm.
Q) Marquees and Gazebos?
A) You can erect temporary structures within the gardens but please discuss this while booking.
Q) Catering vans?
A) Catering vans are permitted on site and can be placed in the car park.
Q) Are there facilities?
A) Yes, there are toilets and a disabled access toilet. In addition, there's a baby-changing and child-sized toilet upstairs. Toilet paper and handwash are provided.
Q) Tables and chairs?
A) We have tables and chairs. [4ft x 4ft. (1.2m x1.2m) folding tables and
stacking chairs are available upstairs, 2½ft x 6ft (0.75m x 1.8m) folding tables and upholstered
chairs in the main hall].
Q) How do we dispose of rubbish?
A) Rubbish can be left on-site in the bins provided.
Q) Disabled access?
A) Yes, to the lower floor and there is an accessible toilet.
Q) Parking?
A)There is parking for 20 cars and the pub has additional parking spaces.
Q) Wedding bus access?
A) If you hire a wedding bus it will be able to access the hall via the car park and the church.
Q) Kitchen facilities?
A) Dishwashers, ovens, sink and washing facilities, fridges and counter top space.
Q) Electricals?
A) There is wifi and electrical sockets but no sound system.
Q) Can I decorate?
A) Yes, however no person having the use of the Hall shall interfere with the lighting, fittings or any
other fixtures, drive any nails or screws into walls, floors, or ceilings or affix by any means
any machinery, placards or other articles thereto, and no furniture shall be removed
without the Councils consent in writing.
Q) Alcohol licence?
A) You are free to bring and serve your own alcohol.
Q) Fireworks?
A) Fireworks are not permitted.
Q) Public liability insurance and risk assessments?
A) We have both and they can be supplied upon completion of booking.
Q) First Aid?
A) We have a basic first aid kit on site.
Q) BBQ
A) There is a designated BBQ area, however, you must bring your own BBQs.
Q) Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms?
A)Yes.
